We provide our clients with a dedicated local, commercially savvy, part-time People Director, who will get to know your business. More importantly, they get to know the people within it, and develop people strategies that help them to deliver results, transform and grow.
How do we do that?
There are six key areas that are the essential elements of a healthy organization’s HR function, which is driven by your business strategy. From this we work with our clients on the other areas: leadership team; company culture; people process, team structure and talent.
We often start with a deep dive into the heart of your business – your people and get to the nub of what is really going on and present our findings along with a strategic rolling action plan. Working with you to ensure the solution is delivered successfully, we drive these changes throughout the business, adjusting and flexing the plans as your business grows and changes.
